4. Discount on property purchase
Buying a property through a post published on SB Property? Redeem your accumulated PP as a discount on the deal — the more you refer, the more you save on your dream property.
5. Real cashback
When you spend PP with an SB Property partner, SB Property pays the equivalent amount back into your account. Your points work like real money — pure cashback into your wallet.
6. Unlimited earning
There is no cap on referrals. Refer 10 friends → earn 2000 PP. Refer 100 friends → earn 20000 PP. Keep sharing, keep earning, keep saving.

- • Self-referrals and fake accounts are automatically detected and rejected.
- • PP has no cash withdrawal value — it can only be used as a discount inside SB Property.
- • The bonus amount (200 PP) can be updated by SB Property administrators from time to time.
